Trevor is a KC native and grew up eating all of the great BBQ bites that Kansas City has to offer. Trevor has a vast background in warehouse management and truck driving. He grew up playing many different sports and is a diehard Chiefs fan. He has tried just about every possible barbecue option in Kansas City.

Trevor was raised in Lake Lotawana, MO and went to college at UCM in Warrensburg, MO. Some of Trevors fondest memories growing up are watching and helping his Dad cook on the grill on the back deck. Now his two young children watch and help him cook. He enjoys making sure customers are satisfied knowing they are leaving with exactly what they came in looking for.
